Message to recruits/parents?
I'm looking to help develop my players both as golfers and as young men. Their education at RLC will always be the top priority and we will represent Rend Lake College and the District in a positive and respectful manner. Last but not least, we will be competitive.
Coaching Philosophy:
Goals will be set from the onset and expectations will be made clear. I expect my players to come together as a unit and play for not only themselves, but for the RLC District and each other. To that point, I'll always look inside the RLC District first when recruiting players for my next competitive team. "I look forward to building new relationships and doing all in my power to help continue the long standing tradition of success of the RLC Warriors Men's Golf Team. I am a Rend Lake guy and it's a true honor for me to be leading this team.
